Our
penultimate gig of the season and a return visit
by Oo-Bop-Sh'Bam.
I
know that you will again thoroughly enjoy their
classic boogie-woogie and rhythm
'n' blues,influenced by the small combos of
the 40's and 50's.
The
band is led by charismatic front man Jackson
Sloan who was the driving force
on
the jump jive circuit with top band Rent Party.
This
vastly experienced outfit consist of the finest
players in the UK who have played with,
and backed, some of the best UK, European
and
US artists.

Be
prepared for one of the most memorable performers
you will ever witness when Jerimiah Marques closes
our season at the Crawdaddy along with his superb
band,The Blue Aces.
This
seriously underrated band plays a mesmerising
mix of blues, and reggae music reflecting Guyanan
born Jerimiah's roots and demonstrating the breadth
of the band's musical skills.
Expect
to see Jerimiah produce his trademark stool and
sit with his legs wrapped around an African drum
as the band launch into some trademark Caribbean
numbers.
This
band went down so well earlier in the year, that
they were the obvious choice to finish our season
off on a high note.
